How we work and price our services
- proposals include specific milestones and delivery dates as well as costs and dependencies. These are identified up front to avoid anyone having surprises before, during or after engagements.
- weekly status is provided in the format each client prefers (phone, email, other)
- most projects are priced as fixed-fee but we do also work on an hourly or retained basis depending on the client and work needed
A typical strategic engagement will begin with a marketing inventory to assess the available information and resources at the client company. This involves a 2 hour phone interview that goes through 30 key questions. Mint Green will then analyze the information and supplement our knowledge base with additional research as appropriate. The recommendations that come from the inventory will discuss what information is yet needed and how to obtain it, plus whatever clear marketing priorities arise from the information gathered thus far. Specific scope, costs and timing will be provided as part of the next step recommendations. Subsequently, clients can continue working with Mint Green to implement the recommended programs or work with another firm for all or part of them.
